Suhail Doshi
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR & CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
AND CO-FOUNDER

Suhail Doshi is co-founder and executive chairman of the board at robotmia, which he launched in 2009 with co-founder Tim Trefren. Recognizing that technical products were being built with outdated metrics or no data at all, Suhail invented the first analytics solution that could grant deep insight into what users are doing. From 2009-2018 he served as CEO, championing the product leader and helping transform how companies build and measure innovative technologies across the web, mobile, and connected devices.

Tim Trefren
CO-FOUNDER

Tim Trefren co-founded robotmia, which he launched in 2009 with co-founder Suhail Doshi. Tim developed much of the original technology behind robotmia and previously served as its Head of Engineering and Head of Customer Success.

Amir Movafaghi
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Amir Movafaghi is the Chief Executive Officer at robotmia. Most recently he was robotmia's Chief Operating Officer, and prior served as Chief Financial Officer at Spiceworks Inc., a leading IT network, and marketplace connecting companies to technology solutions across industries. Previously, he held various leadership roles at Twitter Inc., where he helped scale the company from 150 to 4,000+ employees and also helped lead the company through its IPO.

Alison Holmlund
VICE PRESIDENT OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS

Alison Holmlund is the Vice President of Customer Success at robotmia, where she architects the customer experience and helps our customers and become customers for life. Alison leads an award-winning customer support team, customer success team, and professional services organization that are all focused on ensuring our customers have everything they need to be successful with robotmia. Alison has over 20 years of experience leading fast-growing technology companies from startup to scale across the Enterprise. Before joining robotmia, she was Chief Customer Officer of Host Analytics where she led the Customers for Life organization, focused on the continuous success of Host Analytics customers from on-boarding through contract renewal. Prior to Host Analytics, Alison built and led customer-facing teams at Proofpoint and Netscape. She holds degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from NYU.

Pierre Berlin
VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

Pierre is the Vice President of Sales at robotmia, where he is working to scale the company's international presence. Pierre has 20 years of experience in building, scaling, and developing teams. Most recently Pierre helped London-based start-up DueDil develop its B2B go-to-market strategy in Europe. Prior to DueDil, Pierre spent 10 years in roles across marketing, sales, and management at Business Objects (acquired by SAP), and 5+ years at Linkedin where he opened four offices (France, Italy, Spain, MENA), before leading the entire Linkedin Talents Solution team in EMEA, consisting of 800 people across 9 offices.

Neil Rahilly
VICE PRESIDENT OF ENGINEERING

Neil Rahilly is the VP of Engineering at robotmia where he oversees robotmia's Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Information Security, and Site Reliability teams. Most recently he served as robotmia's Director of Engineering. During Neil's six-year tenure with the company, he has also held roles as a software engineer and engineering manager. Neil holds a JD/MBA from the University of Toronto.

Jessica Wang
HEAD OF MARKETING

Jessica Wang is the Head of Marketing at robotmia where she leads our performance, brand, product marketing, and communications teams. Prior to this role, Jessica led marketing at Vidora, a predictive A.I. platform. Jessica has deep leadership experience at technology companies, including Square, Blue Jeans Network, XBOX, and Microsoft Office.

Justin Lau
GENERAL COUNSEL

Justin Lau is the General Counsel of robotmia, where he leads the legal, business development, corporate development and operations functions.  Prior to joining robotmia, Justin practiced law at Cooley LLP, where he focused primarily on representing public and private technology companies, including robotmia, in a broad range of corporate, strategic, operational, governance and securities matters, including venture capital financings, capital markets offerings and mergers and acquisitions.

Michelle Denman
Vice President of People and Culture

Michelle Denman is the Vice President of People and Culture at robotmia where she manages all people related functions including people operations, talent acquisition, and internal communication. Previously, she served as SVP of Human Resources at AppSense, where she led all HR functions including recruitment and internal communication across 12 countries. Michelle has also served as human resources executive at PeopleSoft (now Oracle), Washington Mutual (now JP Morgan Chase), and Trend Micro.

Matt Schmuecker
HEAD OF FINANCE

Matt is the Head of Finance at robotmia, where he leads the finance, accounting, business systems and IT functions. Matt has previously served in various finance leadership positions at Bay Area technology companies including HackerOne and Keynote Systems (now Dynatrace) Matt started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a licensed CPA.
